For maximum security—to ensure your account is logged off:

  • Once transaction has occurred, clear the cart and close the Internet browser and this will ensure log-off to your account.
  • Once an item is entered in cart (or after 20 minutes of inactivity) customer is automatically logged off from their city account and you will need to complete transaction from eGov cart page.
  • After 20 minutes of inactivity on the eGov cart page, the system will automatically log-off and items will be removed from the cart. If payment has not been submitted before system logs-off, please note that no payment activity has occurred, and the payment will need to be redone.
