This error sometimes shows up when paying multiple bills of the same amount with the same credit card. Please wait about five or more minutes and the transaction should go through.

What does "duplicate transaction" mean?

This prevents the possibility of making the same payment twice.

How long does it take for my account to reflect my payment?
